2011 has been quite a ride but I’m not reflecting on it yet. I’m getting there but not quite. I can tell you recently, that there have been some serious challenges these past couple of weeks here.
We had to readjust a few things in our business and we’re still working out the kinks. It’s all apart of the journey. Lots of questions about what we should focus on next, what’s the next move, what’s our next project…etc. etc.
The ability to quickly readjust and focus on the most important parts of your business is key. Sometimes we can’t get past these challenges because we don’t prioritize and continue to say, “Hey, the show must go on…”.
Adversity can hit us hard and we can either crash and burn or rise up to the challenge. So what did you do this year when adversity came unexpectedly knocking at your door? And what did you learn from it? And…will you be ready for it again when it comes knocking in the future?
