If not, here are 5 quick strategies you can use Skype to build up future revenue for you online company.

1. Use Skype as Your Main Communication for Your Business Services

Do you have an online service that needs more personal attention? Perhaps you’re a web designer, a programmer, a copywriter or really any profession that needs more of an intimate conversation. The first tool I’d recommend would be Skype for effective communication.

It’s fast, easy and it really prompts future business. Because Skype quickly builds relationships as well using this format. Instead of giving them your email and going what is now the slow way of communication.  Give them your Skype ID, have them add you and BOOM! Your off and running with an instant business conversation (with virtually anyone in the world!) that wouldn’t normally be possible.

First step is this…add this to your signatures and contact information.

2. Start a Joint Venture Group

You can quickly start up a group within Skype that comes together to create joint ventures. Create guidelines within the group on what you can and can not do. Or else, you can have a free for all of spammers and other shady characters leeching onto your group.

This is a great way to get product creators working together with other product creators to form huge launch campaigns.  It’s also a way to find super affiliates that can help you launch your products and services further than you ever thought possible.

If you land one big affiliate in your niche…that could mean the difference in your campaign failing or being a huge success.  And obviously, the more affiliates the merrier your bottom line will be.

3. Start a Mastermind Group

This is a specified group that you can start within Skype as well. It is a means of building strong bonds with like minds to help each other grow mutually.  Now you start a group any market, whether the focus is online or offline.

But if you can build relationships with people you trust, it just means a great deal to your business.  You will find it easy to get your products tested and solid reviews of your product as well.

This is also a group to help each other with ideas that may be trending and fine-tune future launches of upcoming events, products and services.

4. Record Audio/Video to Create Your Own High Quality Product

Using one of the many add-on tools for Skype, you can record a conversation in audio format or video. One such tool is Pamela, which you should find under Tools>Apps in Skype.

You can interview an expert in a particular field and record it using this tool.  And you will have that file to share freely or sell it for a profit.  You can also have the interview transcribed into a pdf format for users to read as well.

All in all, this is a readily used way to get a product created fast and one that should always be considered.

5. Create a Paid Membership Group

Now this could easily be used for examples two and three where you can charge to be part of the joint venture or mastermind group. The reason being is that Skype only allows 300 people in any one room at this time.

So you can promote your group as a very exclusive club that only a few may have access.  Several marketers are using this strategy to get loyal paid fans to their groups.  And since you have control of who is in and who is not, you can add and delete in any way you see fit.

This is an easy, effective way to create a membership program that should be on everyone’s wish list right now.
